"Good staff, typical costa food we’ve grown to know and love! Close by to the Broughton shopping centre toilets which are some of the best in any shopping centre I’ve been to. The only negative is the fact sometimes it’s closed hours before it’s meant to be closed, the door used to say it closed at 19:00 but it was closed sometimes before 17:00, possibly short staffed? Maps now says it closes at 17:00 so maybe they’ve changed their closing times and solved it."

"The folks at this branch in Broughton are such friendly, polite people. They're always incredibly kind to me, no matter how busy the shop seems to be. Jade the Barista served me the nicest Iced Tea, and Hannah, the other barista, was a gem. Thank you both. I really needed this today."

"We go regularly and every visit is the same as in You have to que but the staff get through very quickly so don't be put off by it. Basic choice of food most of which is pretty packed and reheated but thats ok as its nice for a quick snack. Lots to choose from the drinks menu."

The cafe area was clean, behind the counter looked very clean and well organised and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. "You could easily miss this Costa, just tucked away in the corner between WH Smith and Specsavers. However, a bit like a Tardis, it opens up to much more inside! Nice and clean when I visited recently, with good service, comfortable seating and interesting layout and decor. Unfortunately it does not have any outside windows to provide natural light, but still seems reasonably bright and 'open' inside."

"I have been frequenting this Costa for the past few years and I cannot fault the staff. They are lovely and friendly and look like they never stop! The only thing I would say is that the soft furnishings and light fixtures are a little dusty and sometimes I feel like the music could be turned down a tad. It is the staff who make the place what it is and if they left I would probably stop coming in all honestly."
